Kredit Automation Offers Batch Processing Services

Kredit Automation & Controls has integrated batch blending facilities for the plastics and synthetics industries for national companies such as Sto Corp, (synthetic stucco), Crestline-West and Vinyltech (pvc piping).

Systems integration for these projects include:

• the creation of product recipes and automatic addition of liquid and powder ingredients,
• operator notification and acknowledgement of small quantity “hand-add” items,
• mixing motor control including trending of current draw,
• material temperature control,
• raw ingredient level measurement and inventory control,
• and finally, alarm structures that guide the operator and maintenance technicians.

Operator interface are intuitive, informative and written in RSView 32, FactoryTalk View or Wonderware.
