Aluminum Extrusion Die Cleaning

Customer: Indalex Aluminum Solutions, Inc. (Connersville, IN)

A new extrusion press installed by Indalex Aluminum Solutions required a die cleaning system that was able to clean up to 45, 30 inch diameter dies per day. This is believed to be the worlds largest automated die cleaning system. Mounted on three skids, the system was fully tested in our Phoenix facility and transported by flat bed truck from to Connersville, IN.
